  We wanted to replace stair and landing carpet with a hard floor and from the first visit Chris was excellent at discussing options and finishes.  Having decided on engineered wood he stayed in touch making sure we were happy before fitting.
Chris & Sam arrived when they said they would, worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves - what more can you ask! Well they went over and above with attention to detail and a “can do” attitude when minor tweaks were requested.
